起 源 与 使 命
鹤童老年公益基金会(简称鹤童公益金)是鹤童老年福利协会于2007年3月5日,在天津市金桥焊材集团创始人兼董事长侯立尊老先生的捐助下,经天津市社会团体管理局批准并依法登记注册的一个非政府、非营利、非公募基金会。
鹤童公益金旨在发扬中华民族“老吾老以及人之老”的优良传统和弘扬“尊老敬老爱老”的孝道美德,透过募集资金来帮助中国老年人社会福利与社会公益事业的发展。追求能让老年人自立自主、健康快乐、生活安定、老有所养、病有所医、公平无忧、安享晚年的美好社会,和能够重视老年人地位、维护老年人权益、开发老年人潜能、代际和谐共处的友好社会。
THE ORIGIN AND MISSION OF HCFA
Hetong Charitable Foundation for the Aged (HCFA) is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-public foundation approved and registered by Tianjin Social Organizations Administration on March 5, 2007, with the donation of Mr. Hou Lizun, founder and chairman of Tianjin Jinqiao Welding Material Group.
HCFA aims to carry forward the fine tradition of "respecting the elderly and the elderly" of the Chinese nation and carry forward the filpiety virtue of "respecting the elderly and loving the elderly", and help the development of social welfare and public welfare undertakings for the elderly in China by raising funds.The pursuit of a better society that can enable the elderly to be independent, healthy and happy, live a stable life, be cared for for the old, have medical care for the sick, be fair and carefree, and enjoy their old age, and a friendly society that can attach importance to the status of the elderly, safeguard their rights and interests, develop their potential, and live in harmony between generations.
责 任 与 愿 景
为实现老年人群体平等的构想,鹤童公益金倡导社会各阶层,关注社会变迁中首当其冲最易受到伤害的处于弱势地位的老年人,倡导关注那些较容易被社会忽视或被边缘化的老年人。鹤童公益金积极整合社会资源,支持和帮助从事老年人事业的各类社会组织(NGO/NPO)特别是慈善类组织的成长与发展。
鹤童公益金奉行并不在于积累现金和资产,而是建构其完成使命的能力之理念,积极开展对社会资本、信用和承诺三个无形资产之运用,其目标是朝着“日渐成为可信赖者”的方向前进。
THE RESPONSIBILITY AND VISION OF HCFA
In order to realize the concept of equality among older persons, the HCFA advocates for all levels of society, focusing on the vulnerable elderly who are the first and most vulnerable in social changes, and advocating for those who are more likely to be neglected or marginalized by society. HCFA actively integrates social resources to support and assist the growth and development of various social organizations (ngos/Npos), especially charitable organizations, engaged in the cause of the elderly.
HCFA follows the philosophy of not accumulating cash and assets, but building its ability to accomplish its mission, actively carrying out the use of the three intangible assets of social capital, credit and commitment, with the goal of moving in the direction of "becoming more and more trustworthy".
